Cap d'Agde d'Agde, on the Mediterranean coast between Scte and Beziers, is a modern vacation resort offering holiday-makers the finest, sandy beaches and crystal clear water as well as abundant opportunities for holiday activities. A wide range of sports is available to residents, including sailing and surfing, tennis and golf. In the evenings, the area abounds in a wide choice of entertainment, ranging from restaurants and musical events to an amusement park and discotheques at an adjacent entertainment centre. For nature-lovers, there is a picturesque almost untouched hinterland with unforgettable day trips, hiking and canoeing.

Passing through the harbour entrance to Port Ambonne, a real paradise awaits the naturist. Terraced apartment buildings of up to five storeys form a residential complex divided into the sections of Port Ambonne, Port Nature, Heliopolis and Heliovillage. In between these individual buildings, lie snugly the townhouses of Port Nature and Heliovillage surrounded by beautiful gardens and green areas.

In the centre are the common facilities including four separate swimming pools. On the beach, sailing boats, sun chairs and parasols can be hired on an hourly or daily basis, while beach bars and restaurants serve drinks and fine meals.

All apartments are privately owned, although many of them are only used a few weeks per year, and we are dedicated to ensuring the owners get a good return on their investment. We therefore invite owners of private and well-kept apartments to join our rental organisation. Our excellent occupancy rates mean that we can offer our customers the best prices for their rentals.

Initiatives for the Protection of the Environment
Agde is making efforts to care for the environment to ensure a good quality of life both for its inhabitants as well as for visitors. These efforts consist mainly of the following:

1. An extension of the green belt and the protection of threatened sites such as the Bagnas Nature Reserve or Mont Saint-Loup.

2. The protection of the sea and dunes on the coastline, thanks to the "Beach Quality Plan", which should add to the comfort of beach users

3. The fight against environmental pollution, which is being assisted by the award of the European Blue Flag. The contribution of every person to the protection of the Mediterranean is something which can be done through everyday vigilance.
